There are lots of good, easy stretching exercises that you can do anywhere. Here’s a good one to stretch your hamstrings and lower back.
- Stand with your legs apart, about shoulder-length. Keep your eyes straight and stretch your arms over your head, clasping your hands together. Then, stretch your clasped hands toward your feet. Hold for a count of 10, and then slowly go back to the beginning position.
